Eating healthy food does not have to be complicated or time consuming. Food is medicine, cook to feel at "ease". Learn some healthy recipes that you can take for your daily lunch for work or school. Groups can go from minimum of 3 to a maximum of 8 people. I will show you how to prepare this delicious recipes and you will taste all of our delicious creations. Menu: - Cauliflower Puree - Cauliflower Rice - Chicken Meatballs - MJs Green Sauce *Menu can vary depending on availability, allergies or preferences Price per person, includes food.
